Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned grill or accessory, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
